Previously trading as G & M.B. Manning, we have traded from our site in Ashley Green, Chesham since the 1950’s.
We are trusted manufacturers and suppliers of premium fencing and outdoor timber products. At our Chesham branch we supply tradespeople, installers, contractors, farmers, property owners, developers, local authorities and the general public throughout Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and the surrounding areas.
In 2017, G & M.B. Manning joined the Walford Timber family, and in 2025, we re-branded to the Walford Timber name in order to build upon the company’s rich heritage, simplify our branding and messaging, and to streamline and enhance our digital presence. Read more about our re-brand here…
Walford Timber was established in 1945, and we still manufacture and process our high quality fencing and timber products on the same 12 acre site in the heart of the Wye Valley, in Herefordshire. These products are sold through our branches in Ross-on-Wye, Cheltenham, and Chesham.
Our trade counter and timber yard is open for enquiries and collections from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and we offer a convenient and efficient delivery service.
Following our “Made to Last” ethos, our products are designed to last many years in the harshest outdoor conditions.
