The Benefits of Joining The Installer Network

We are supporting our loyal trade customers, as well as providing an outstanding one-stop solution to enquiring property owners. Your business could be part of our network too, but what are the benefits of joining?

We spoke to Dave from the Evolution Group about his experience. He is one of our Installer Network Members at our Walford Timber site. Evolution Group turn around seventy-five per cent of the referrals we send into actual jobs. So we asked Dave to tell us a little more about his experience of being a member of our Installer Network.

“For anyone considering joining the network I’d say definitely go for it as long as you’re good at what you do. That’s incredibly important to both the contractor and Walford to provide that quality of product and service. Combined, those make for a happy client.”

“The referrals are obviously a major benefit of joining the network, but also their service and the quality of the product that they supply, the speed at which any issues are dealt with, it all makes a difference. I can’t fault them in any way, really. With other suppliers we’ve used in the past we’ve had to send kit back due to us not being happy with the quality. We pride ourselves on our standards and Walford’s… well, they meet our standards.”

“I would say, from a quoting process point of view that Walford tops everyone. We pride ourselves on making contact with the client very quickly and then making a site visit. After the site visit, we like to provide a quote quickly. I can email Walford a kit list and within 24 hours they get back to me, often well before then. We like the speed of service as we can pass that efficiency on to the customer.”

“Walford offers a fifteen-year guarantee on their perma-treated timber. As of yet, we’ve never had to use it, but I always advise our clients of the guarantee on the posts, and should a post rot within that time, not only will Walford replace the post, but they’ll also contribute towards the installation cost as well.”
