Susanna (12.4 m²)

The Susanna (along with all Palmako products) are produced from the highest quality Nordic kiln-dried spruce timber resulting in high standards of finished products. All of the timber used in these buildings is FSC Certified, meaning it meets the highest standards of sustainable forest management.

Treated or untreated?

All Palmako structures are available as either treated or untreated. The untreated buildings are generally delivered sooner than treated buildings and give you the choice of how you would like to preserve and finish your log cabin/home office. We have various timber treatment products available in-store.

The treatment option is a clear-dip base coat so will not differ visibly from the untreated buildings. It is a popular choice and treated buildings can be overpainted to achieve the appearance you desire.

Roofing options

These Palmako Buildings have a choice of shingle roof or roof felt. The roof felt we provide is of a higher quality than the standard Palmako offering. If you want something a bit different or to source your own roof materials, you can order your building without the roofing.

Glazing

This building is classed as a summer house (as opposed to year-round) and is therefore single glazed. The glazing is not sealed and therefore some water ingress can occur through the windows, particularly if the building is in an exposed location.
