Team Leader training programme delivered by Quolux

We are on the constant lookout for opportunities and experiences to help our staff grow and develop, both individually and as a team. Aside from offering exceptional products and service to our customers, we strongly value the importance of providing continued support for our colleagues to help facilitate their personal growth and also the development of the business.

After some extensive research, we discovered Quolux’s Team Leader training programme. As we were seeking to develop the leadership skills of our some of our team, the programme was ideal, as it offered training on how to develop yourself, your team, and your organisation.

The training programme was delivered online over a four-month period from September 2022 to December 2022. The course included topics including leadership style and behaviour, as well as communication, leading teams, and motivation and performance.

We would like to take the time to congratulate all those from our team that completed the programme, and also for their continued hard work for the company.
